I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be well-located right beside Langham Place, making it a bustling spot. The rooms were spacious enough for my family of four, which was a definite plus. However, I wasn't too impressed with the service; the staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Still, the proximity to shopping and great eateries nearby definitely made the stay enjoyable.
